All Independent Living Centers in California provide the following services:

  • Peer Counseling
  • Independent Living Skills Training
  • Housing Assistance
  • Information and Referral
  • Individual Advocacy
  • Systems Advocacy
  • Assistive Technology

Independent Living Centers also may provide any or all of the following services:

  • Children's services
  • Communication services
  • Family services
  • Mental restoration
  • Mobility training
  • Personal assistance service
  • Physical rehabilitation
  • Preventive services
  • Prosthesis and other appliances
  • Recreational services
  • Therapeutic treatment
  • Transportation services
  • Youth services
  • Vocational services
  • Any other services that promote independent living
